The process was seamless and our home was delivered on time as promised. This was a huge benefit to us because of the buyer’s credit which we were eligible for. We both truly appreciate Habitech Homes crossing the finish line by June 30th so we could collect these funds. As I understood it they could have taken an extra month per the purchase & sale but they made it happen early for us which again is and was greatly appreciated! Often Faye and I were told by people that builders take months over the projected finish date to wrap up construction. We were also told that dealing with builders is a challenge and a daunting process. In the end the process was stress free, communication channels where always open and changes along the way where implemented without fuss or push back. Working with John Harvey “Project Manager” was quite honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I have built before and dealing with my last builder was a nightmare. John kept me posted along the way and any questions I had where explained to me in terms I could understand. John is a true asset to Habitech and should be rewarded as so. At this point we are working on punch list items and have few remaining items, nothing of any major consequence which should be handled over the proceeding weeks. Cunningham Testimonial Doug and Kristin Cunningham built a beautiful Hampton style home on Arbor Way. After living in the community for a few months, I went to visit them to check in on things. Doug and Kristin were extremely happy with the building process and the Habitech team.
